About Patrick’s Grille

Opened in 2015, Patrick’s Grille has become as much a part of Michigan City as the lake itself. Throughout the years we have shown our dedication to the community around us, and have been blessed as the city shows up for us time and time again.

When we originally opened our doors in 2015,  Patrick’s goal was to share his favorite foods from his years of travel with his beloved stomping grounds. While Patrick’s Grille has changed as the years have passed, we remain committed to serving the best tasting plates from all over. Part of what keeps us going has to be our amazing staff – some of whom have been with us since our doors opened.

Michael Garcia

General Manager

Michael has been with Patrick’s Grille for over 3 years now, and his pursuit of the best meals in town has invigorated the entire staff! You’ll find him here at the Grille every night, ensuring the best food, service and smiles – while he keeps everything running smoothly at both the front and back of the restaurant. He took over as the General Manager in early 2025, and is to thank for reopening Patrick’s Grille for full service. You’re sure to spot him any time that you stop in, as he keeps the team in the groove; and he’s happy to chat with guests whenever he has a spare moment.

Lisa Demeyer

Front of House Manager

Lisa has been with Patrick’s since we originally opened in 2015 – over a decade of sharing her amazing energy and joy throughout the community in our name. You’ll see her everywhere you go in the restaurant, and she’ll be sure to stop by your table and say hello while you dine with us. Lisa is one of the pillars that makes us the place to be, and can answer every question that our staff members have. Be sure to say ‘Hi’ to Lisa when you join us for dinner, as she makes sure your visit is the best it can possibly be.
